Real estate staging is a combination of home editing, organizing and the rearrangement of furnishings, artwork and accessories in order to highlight the architectural details of the house. This is done in order for potential buyers to focus on the space, not the current homeowner's possessions. A staged property will stand out from others in the same price range, helps obtain the best possible selling price, and creates a positive first impression.
 

Previews apply to Interior Redesign and Real Estate Staging only. A preview of the home is done at no cost and generally takes 15-30 minutes. This is done to assess the property, to complete a proposal/bid for a project, to determine if assistants are required and to determine whether the homeowner needs to complete anything prior to the project.


Consultations are typically for the "do-it-yourself" homeowner that is looking for some guidance and direction before beginning a decorating project. A detailed report listing our suggestions is provided.

- We can help define a source of color inspiration for your home and define your color preferences.

- We can provide decorating suggestions to create balance, harmony and functionality to your space, using what you already have. This works with a home that you just moved into, have lived in for a year or several years. We can also provide suggestions for items that may add a bit of impact to the space.

- We provide an in-depth look at the home (inside and outside), addressing both the positive and negative aspects of the home. The overall layout of the space (including furnishings, lighting, flooring, window treatments and color) will be assessed. Property enhancement consultations are generally the starting point of preparing a home for sale.

We can assist with the purchase (if necessary) and placement of accessories. We can create fabulous spaces with your bookshelves, mantels, coffee tables, dining tables, curio cabinets, and much more.


If after an Interior Redesign, Real Estate Staging or Design Consultation you determine that new furniture or accessories are desired, we can assist with the shopping.


There is no charge for mileage within a 30 mile radius.
