Erica Starich, IRIS

Passion (pa-shon) – A strong liking or desire for or devotion to some activity, object or concept. (Merriam-Webster, Inc.) Erica’s passion is decorating in an affordable manner. Interior redesign and real estate staging is just that – transforming your home using your existing furnishings, artwork and accessories. Your room reflects your personality, your history, and your interests – all in the very best setting. She applies her creative touches to provide an exciting, yet livable space. Erica enhanced this passion by becoming a certified master interior redesigner and real estate stager, receiving those credentials from Interior Arrangements, Inc. She is a member of the international organization Interior Redesign Industry Specialists (IRIS), and is an affiliate with the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA).

This passion is delivered in every home she transforms and her work is award winning. In a collaborative effort with Lucy Butcher of Presentation is Everything, they were awarded First Place in “Living Room Design” at the annual IRIS conference in San Antonio, TX in 2006. They were awarded “Best Staged Room” at the annual IRIS conference in Nashville, TN in 2007. We were also awarded "Best Living Room" and "Best Accessorizing" at the annual Interior Arrangements conference in Golden, CO in 2007. Erica founded Star Interior Solutions in 2005. She wanted to share her passion and help homeowners make the most of their space – whether through redesign or staging.
